Using the services in our playroom:

1. This Regulation defines the rights and obligations of individuals and groups using the Linden Park Creative Play Center.
2. Before entering the center, the parent/child/group supervisor is required to familiarize themselves with the content of this regulation.
3. The purchase of a ticket to Linden Park signifies acceptance of the provisions of this regulation.
4. Children aged 0-6 must be accompanied by an adult. Children from 7 years old may stay unaccompanied, but parents must leave contact details.
5. Children with disabilities may use Linden Park only with adult who assumes full responsibility for the child's safety.
6. Children who do not speak Polish or English may use Linden Park only with adult who assumes full responsibility for the child's safety  .
7. During play, leaving the play area and re-entering using the same ticket is not allowed.
8. The owner and staff of the center do not provide individual care for children. Parents and adults are responsible for the safety of children throughout their stay in the play area.
9. Individuals present on the park premises are required to maintain order.
10. In the open play area, children are required to wear indoor footwear or non-slip socks, which can be purchased at the entrance. 
11. Only food and drinks purchased at Linden Park are allowed, and they must be consumed in designated areas. 
12. It is prohibited to damage equipment, litter the premises, bring animals, or ride bicycles/scooters/rollerblades, etc.
13. Please inform the staff of any serious health concerns regarding your child.
14. Please leave your child's personal toys at home.
15. Adults are required to remove their shoes before entering the play area.
16. For one child, only two carers enter for free, for each additional person there is a surcharge in the admission price.
17. Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in the playoom.
18. We are not responsible for lost items left in the centre or in the self-service cloakroom.

20. There are 3 spaces in the playroom (for events and birthday parties).
21. In the event of cancellation of the birthday party, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
22. Staff have the right to ask customers to leave if they do not comply with the regulations or if they behave in a threatening manner.
23. The toilets located in Linden Park can only be used by our customers.

About status:

1. The owner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
2. These Regulations are effective from 1 June 2022.

The purchase of a ticket is equivalent to acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the 'Linden Park' Creative Play Center.
