How many days before the birthday should I confirm the number of guests?
The final number of guests must be confirmed via email no later than two days before the event date.
If the children wish to extend the time after the birthday party, how will the additional time be charged?
Time extensions are possible if the room is available and with prior approval from the room manager. Additional time will be charged based on the ticket rate.
Can I bring my own snacks?
Bringing your own snacks is not permitted. Snacks must be selected from the options available on our menu.
Can I request personalized themed decorations?
Yes, we can create themed decorations upon the client’s request for an additional fee of 200 PLN. Our standard birthday decorations are included at no extra charge .Our standard birthday decorations are included at no extra charge.
How early should I arrive before the birthday party?
Guests are kindly requested to arrive 10–15 minutes before the event. They will enter the birthday party 5 minutes prior to the start, remove their shoes and outerwear, and greet the birthday child and the host. The celebration will begin promptly at the time agreed upon during the booking.
If the deposit has been paid and child falls ill just before the party, can birthday be rescheduled to another date without losing the deposit?
A birthday party can be rescheduled to a new date without losing the deposit, provided the new date is available in the booking calendar. Notification of the change must be given no later than two days before the scheduled party. Please note that the party can only be rescheduled once.
The deposit can also be used for a visit to Linden Park (tickets, products from the food zone) and/or products from Lindenwood.
What is the minimum and maximum number of children for a birthday party?
Minimalna ilość dzieci do zorganizowania urodzin to 6 z solenizantem. Nie mamy górnego limitu osób podczas rezerwacji. O ile to możliwe, impreza urodzinowa jednego solenizanta może odbywać się w obu salach w jednym czasie. Na życzenie klienta jesteśmy w stanie przedsięwziąć kroki, które sprostają jego oczekiwaniom. Warunkiem przyjęcia realizacji jest osiągnięcie minimalnej liczby uczestników.
